I want to report a major milestone on my Kiara to 5K training plan.
Around the start of last year (late december/early january) i started to lose weight while only listening to Kiara songs.
I've gone from 152Kg to 86Kg since, and today i managed to run my first 5km outside without walking break.
My most listened to song is Sparks with ~2396 plays.
Once i manage a whole month of running 5km 4 times a week i will upgrade the plan to Kiara to 10K and then Kiara to Halfmarathon.
My target is to wear skimpy Kiara cosplay at the next Dokomi she will take part in.
