I think Haachama as well but know the reason now, but with how easy it is to record some voice lines, and the site was up so soon after they went missing, they had to have gone missing when everyone was asked to record voice lines because you could've easily done that way back before the voice packs were launched for sale. Covers vagueness doesn't do them many favors. It's on 2 spectrums that they did something wrong and are being investigated or they got into a accident or something and they have know way to know when they'll get better or continue to be vtubers.
