When Kiara fomo's about being the only one who's missing interactions, there's people like Ina and Ame who interact with others even less than her. But the difference is, with those two it's more by choice, they could interact more if they wanted to but don't, they're simply more comfortable being alone, so they don't even bring up the issue in the first place. Whereas Kiara is a much more social animal, wants to interact more but is held back by externalities outside her control like timezones, and also tends to wear her heart more on her sleeve and openly talk about her frustrations, so you're more aware of the issue for her than for others.

Now sure, it's not so easy as "just be more like Ina and Ame and stop caring about stuff you can't change, badaboom no more worries, so simple", but between the unrealistic "just leave your home again and move to NA as well, then you can have all the interactions you want lol!" and the current default "stay in your comfy home, but constantly be miserable fretting over missing all the fomo interactions because of your debuff timezone" continuing indefinetly, she has to find some kind of healthy middle way to cope with it, because it's not gonna change by itself (as if Cover suddenly hires a a gen full of euro friends only for you) and "yeah idk maybe just care less..." is probably the most reasonable one.

it's not that outlandish because in precedence, big irl idol group franchises like AKB48 even have an actual position for this, kenkyuusei, something like "trainees", where young entrants develop their skills and appeal before they're officially debuted to the "big leagues". Of course, the situations are not directly comparable to Holotori, but if handled right there could be some good content in making Nerissa do a Holotori "training arc" or something, basically gives them a neat and easy motive to hang out, break the ice, form bonds and include her in group stuff that's possible for her to do (because she can't show up in anything that requires 3D for example , like MV's/Live's, for a long time at least)

Adding her once they are able to factor her into whatever future plans they have is just sensible. Its clear the holotori page hinted at expansion being on the table. If they ever did reach ridiculous numbers then you can just start doing sub units which umishart already shown is not a problem. I kneel to the idol autist chieftain bird for figuring out a way to manage "There's a new bird the minute Holotori is getting started." in a way that it can be kino.
It could also become cringe if overplayed, but to start with it's an easy way for both of them to manage the back of house aspects (No 3D, existing commitments) and make content in the process around "debuting" for Holotori if Nerissa wants to play it that way.
For JP7 and ID4 though, they better put a cap on the avian chuubas or Holotori is going to start to have generations on it's own.

Yeah, I feel like Shiori is just a lost cause. She has very little overlaps of interest with Kiara and she's the one who Kiara has talked the least to. Bijou could be nice, but again timezones seem to be bad for interaction. Neri seems to be the closest to Kiara by far and at least that's something positive from the new gen, if nothing else, but I don't think any of them will make an effort to befriend and accomodate Kiara in the long run, so I don't think any significant changes will occur with the new gen for both her and KFP.
