I'm probably the only Vintage player using Banding, since no one knows how it works, but I might as well share. I made pic related and was thinking of actually printing it to use as Errand of Duty tokens (after fixing the font a little and adding at least some bottom text, like mentioning Watao). Do you have any experience with proxy printing and the quality of the print? Would pic related look pixelated if printed on a standard size card? The cards made with the Magic Set Editor are even smaller, but I don't know anyone who actually plays with printed custom magic cards, so I can't really check the quality myself.

I use MSE and I've printed out a few cards I've made on a home printer, they were a bit low quality. Not unreadable by any stretch, but definitely looking like a cheap print job. I don't know if it's the printer or the images MSE puts out, and I've never tried a higher quality printer.
I've also read about a mod somewhere that makes MSE export super high res images, but I don't think it's updated for newer card frame styles.

I've done tokens as well! Even edited the card frame a bit. The name bar was obscuring the art too frequently and it's redundant info 99% of the time anyway. But, that removed some of the visual colour indication, so I added that back into the card border.

The magic won't work for a third time. Myth was the very first organized EN group while Council was riding it's coattails in an era where good western chuubas were still relatively unknown. The only competition Council really had at the time was Lazusydia and even they were sorta giving them a run for their money. Now we have Idol, Phase, Kawaii, a shitload of Nijis and a whole slew of twitch indies that have inclined hard since then. I've always said Cover really dropped the ball by not debuting EN3 back in 2022 and now this new gen will be facing competition that the past two gens didn't have to deal with.
