in the past I'd agree that Gura won't be affected but things are different now. She lost a bunch of long time fans due to her lack of streaming and how she leaves them completely in the dark when she goes away. It's fair to assume some part of her remaining fans is willing to jump ship if they find a decent replacement for her. They've been around long enough to realize the shark will never change and it's only a matter of time before she vanishes again.

On a different note, I don't think Mumei or Bae are going to be affected in any way. Bae has managed to draw a lot of attention to herself lately and it should give her some momentum for a while. Not really. Everyone will be affected. Expect at least 30% decline in viewers for each member of the branch in 1-2 months after EN3 debuts.
The reason is simple - western vtuber world is oversaturated. The only source of audience for EN3 is the EN branch itself, which will thin up their individual audiences as a result.
