Can they at least ask for "permissions" from mod authors to publicly showcase with idea of mentioning authors during the streams and in vods descriptions? Because it would be most logical choice. Authors get recognition and streamers can play the game without random hiccups because the code itself is almost a fucking spaghetti.

No. In the kind of games that were kept alive by mods like STALKER or newer Fallout, I only watch people who at least know basic modding with their own mod list and them corpo v-tards don't even know how to apply basic fixes like YUP and NVAC.
Look at Ame's FNV streams. It crashed more than once, in 2023, where you have enough patches and fixes to make sure it never stutters, let alone crashes

i got curious about this one day and actually tested this.
i left FNV running for a while letting all the songs in the radio play out in a private youtube livestream.
after ending the stream, i got copyright notifications for most of the songs which disables monetization for the stream, but doesn't otherwise impact content visibility.
in addition to that, there were a couple songs that caused the stream to be completely blocked in Russia.
so if you don't care about russianbros being able to watch your stream or not, you don't have to worry about the FNV radio

The NCR has been in the region long enough to build their stupid statue but they didn't even bother moving all the wrecks off the road of their main caravan route.
