Cover wants streamers to start dancing lessons in their second year and perform in a studio, so they can sell tickets for concerts. It's their vision and source of income.

Sana had a bad back so said she wasn't fit for the job and graduated.
She may have told the holostars in her last month.

Magni also has a bad back, and Vesper is way too awkward to go dancing.
After almost a year Cover goes "I am altering the deal", but Vesper and Magni don't sign and don't quit either.
