She's always had trouble with PayPal since as long as I remember. In general she doesn't seem to want to confirm her identity to companies that could actually release money to her with her legal name attached. Like she wouldn't confirm her ID with Youtube so she's got money just sitting there from the Ames and Narumi days where she had functioning memberships.
