Well, to be fair, yeah there isn't much she could actually "gush" about Germany/Austria. To start with, she's a modern young western european woman, genuine capital-N nationalism is likely a foreign concept to her in the first place. Doesn't have to mean she hates her country, just that she doesn't have any stronger feelings about it than "well, it's pretty ok and boring here, I guess...". As far as the things that actually interest her are concerned, there's not much at home for her to gush over - the pop culture and media she consumes and idolizes is half hollywood/netflix globohomo slop and half jpop (and recently kpop), she doesn't care much for german/austrian media or history or whatever specifically, it's not glamorous or cute or exotic enough for her to be interested in.

However, in sts, various mobs can punish you for playing too many cards. big ones being the time eater (who limits the cards you can play) and the heart (who does damage whenever you play a card).
