So either she's a massive coward, or management put leash on her like what I've said before since she was central by being the mainlander Zhangs favorite, or both. I lean on the both idea actually. Not autistic (as far as I know at least) but introvert with social anxiety, for the second question. I guess management has put it's hand on the case by giving her some advices about the situation; Aqua is aware of her position and probably asked for help to the management not out of cowardice but fear - I know she doesn't hande conflict well - and perhaps paranoia. If I were in her same position I would do the same, ask for help and advices from someone who can handle things and know how to proceed. Would be naive for someone to believe that Coco hasn't anything to do with these decisions and probably even herself gave her advices.
It doesn't mean she like the decisions; she can hope the case asses in some way and that bit of fans with sanity keep supporting her (that can do a lot I guess).
