We're talking about differences of less than an inch here. Watame is 151cm, Ayame is 152, so is Miko and Matsuri, etc. I'd put her at "average" for HoloJP.
Consider that Aki (at 162cm) is considered "tall" in the branch. (Hell, in one of the latest collabs, FBK called even Mio tall, when she's a mere 155cm.)
