Council subgrowth isn't exactly setting the world on fire either (and inb4 someone tries to pull a "nijinigger!!" on me, I don't even know or care about how those shitters are doing, probably just as bad or even worse), so it seems the audience potential for HoloEN in general seems to be tapped out, as in, everyone who is in the target audience already knows about them and has already decided whether to watch them or not, and subgrowth in general has stagnated to a trickle on the current plateau.
Unless a new pandemic comes around or Cover really catches lightning in a bottle twice with a golden 3rd Gen (doko? lol), this seems to be the new normal, and the explosive debut momentum growth days were just the exception and never gonna be the rule.
