Please meet someone in your life. That is not an engagement ring. It's not even a wedding band with the large stone on it. At size 9.5, it's clearly a men's band and too wide to sit aesthitically for most women's digits. It has a brass core making it hard to size without removing the glass stone and burning away the finish. You could size it but you'd spend more money doing so than the ring itself. That's also why there's a chain so it can become a pendant.
