I'm extremely new to the vtuber scene in general, so it may be wrong for me to say so, but I really like it and I kind of want to become a vtuber. Can I ask, though...is it fun to be a vtuber? something I always think is really cute is when chuubas cosplay for handcam streams. I have to assume it's infinitely less involved than an actual cosplay since you're just worrying about one part of the body (maybe the arms and chest at most depending on your camera setup) but it really adds a lot when someone's wearing the same kind of sweater or gloves as their model.

I think my streams are pretty basic in that regard, not a ton of moving parts and nothing has really changed recently. My computer is pretty good, I think my graphics card is my weakest link and even then, it's a 2070 Super.

You need to change some parameters in vtube studio. Find the eye opening parameter and change the "In" values. You need to lower the max value (on mine its at 1.08). This will make the eye open quicker.

This can and should be done for every parameter on there to best tune your model to your face before you stream with it.

Try messing with those values. I think I didnt word that correctly. These values directly change how big your eyes open on your model compared to how wide your eyes are in real life. Really everyone who commissions a model needs to change all these values to fit their own face, since generally the rigger puts all these values for their own face, but everyone's face is different.

Design came first and I based it off a pet I had and loved plus things I like to do IRL. Then I forgot about my voice and when I posted a vocaroo people called me gay here and said it fit. So I think it turned out alright maybe.

I watched a video where someone said your design should be a representation of yourself, not a literal 1:1 character of you but has things you feel express you as a person.

I can't use eye tracking because of shit lighting + glasses so I chose something that doesn't have eyes.
I like cats, and I like patterns so I put those in my design.
I also really like the color purple and it was important that was pretty much the color scheme I went with.
