No, but you’ll get familiarized with the words which is the first step to learn a new language

Japanese is not like Spanish, French or other European language, it's very different from English so you will need to actually learn the grammar and the writting first. But obviously listening to hours of casual speech will definitively make you learn a lot. For beginners I recommend watching some JP clips because they have Japanese subtitles.

Speaking and reading no, but hearing yes, I don't know a single moon rune but I can understand like 95-99% of what they are speaking, and I never studied japanese, just watched animes and now hololive.
