They could honestly do this until well into their 60s and 70s, with "midde aged" model updates if they want to reflect their irl age.
Japanese seiyuus with proper voice training can even retain their voices well into the seventies and more, so in some cases even a model change might not even be required.

They might take longer and longer breaks as they go on though, like if they intend to get married or go through pregnancy or just for taking a regular vacation. Some could even take 1-2 year hiatuses similar to how Roa is doing - and then come back and make it a whole-ass event.
They don't need to leave Hololive for "bigger opportunities" either, since Hololive is currently the biggest chuuba company.
As Hololive talents, the "outside opportunities" will come to THEM instead, and because Cover's cut is rather low, they won't have to worry much about getting shafted either. Hololive could even turn into a regular talent agency, renting out their talents for anime/movie voice work or media promotions that they are doing right now, but on a much bigger scale - similar to how hollywood uses celebrity voices to promote their animated movies.
