It will just make your menhera worse. it is generally recommended to stay away from that place. Grab the resources in their op and leave. Go to therapy instead and take your meds.

Not just for ESLs. Sometimes there's a lot going on and it's hard to pick out the words, and a lot of fans have autism which sometimes means audio processing issues.
But a clip like this definitely doesn't need that, since Zen's using TTS and there's barely any other sound playing.

yt-dlp works with Twitch, and you can even give it a Twitch clip link to get just that part of the stream by itself. (If you're planning to do more editing later, it's a good idea to grab a few extra seconds on either side so you have a buffer to work with. Keep in mind that individual clips from the Twitch and Youtube editors are both limited to 60 seconds, but of course you can take multiple clips and stitch them together when editing. Or just work with the entire VOD if you don't mind downloading it all.
