So basically, every 6 months, there's a football cup held and streamed, where different generals compete. Anons from those threads make up the players(names, models) from popular thread and chuuba memes, make chants amd goalhorns, basically everything to do with a team. Someone also joins the divegrass discord(I know how the feeling here is regarding that, but it's the best for organizing events like this) where organizers help with the prep work and stuff.
Right now, we are still in the 1st phase, that is, getting POI, proof of interest. If a thread is interested enough, they are accepted in if there are spots(which from what I'm told, there currently are).

About Divegrass, one anon spearheaded the split I'm mostly in to get us in and was one of the most fun experiences I've had with chuuba ajdacent activites, highly recommended. BUT the manager also picked great jokes, goalhorns and chants, so that may be a factor too.

Yea, usually it's one anon that brings it up and takes charge, but at least from my own experience with /rrat/, where I brought it up just before last cup, participation from different anons is much needed. From the different references, names and model ideas, to the chants, and even the logo, all were done by the thread.
And that's why I also brought up that we might consider teaming up with /vre/ if they are up for it, since coming up with 23 distinct and interesting players can be tough for a smaller general.

If this would be for players reacting, I don't...think I can be done, but don't quote me on that front. At least I don't think it has been done so far.
