The EN3 members have already been decided, but their debuts have been postponed, because Cover wants to make a multi-gen debut.
JP7, ID4 and EN3 will all debut at the same date and it'll be a huge event.

Not really, EN and ID have quite a bit of overlap fanbase wise. Plus, Cover isn't retarded enough to overload a day with 3D debuts and a new gen debut. The announcement of ID2 3D debuts did lessen the chances of an EN3 announcement during the concert next week.
