The question wasn't "how get Big Number", it was "how can Chuuba X get Big Number". We can discuss a specific streamer's possibilities for improvement and have it not apply at all to any other streamer.
This attitude that it's entirely magical and there is no strategy is just as wrong as the attitude that it's entirely cut and dry.
In Koragi's case, she doesn't clout chase, she doesn't collab, and she doesn't pander. Someone will inevitably point out someone with Big Number who didn't do any of these things either. This is irrelevant without analyzing everything both chuubas ever did and even if we did, some of it is just magic.

The relationship between viewers and chuubas is a clusterfuck, especially for people who are already socially stunted and depersonalized due to a lifetime of using the internet anonymously.
Some vtubers see their viewers as friends, other don't. Trying to make that distinction when there are people on one side that pretend to be on the other is difficult.

Are you really friends if almost all of the time you spend together is in a group setting where they're acting as entertainment?
Are you really friends if you don't know basic personal details about them, like their real name?
Most importantly, how long should you consider them a friend if they never reach out to you personally once? How long can it stay entirely one-sided?

Not to even get into how many of the guys here are in love with the vtubers they watch, and how much that complicates it even further.
