rather than agency you have to look at individuals, maybe some 2 views indie, because that specific target audience don't look profitable.

Watch my oshi Kirispica/Spica on Youtube.
She's a vtuber/vsinger who normally does 2 singing + piano streams every week in between her gaming/zatsus. She desperately wants more female viewers. Last time she checked she has about a quarter female viewers which is quite insane. I think lots of vsingers have pretty sizable female audience so you can try them too.
