How do you even keep up with vtubing, /vt/?

We have like
>200+ EN vtubers (more if you count males)
>300+ JP vtubers
>100+ ID
>rest

And we got like FOUR new gens the last 2 month alone (idol, pixel, prism, eien etc.). We probably got another Niji gen this year and holoEn 3.

Do you just watch the debut and instantly decided if you will or wont watch this person ever again?

I've probably watched over 500 girls. Only a handful of them are worth your time, so pick them and focus on them. I don't care if they already had their debut. As long as they are inviting and considerate of new people, I'll give them a chance.

I skip debut and watch the first few real streams. Only so much time in the day so I drop almost everyone I check out though

im kind of mentally ill so first i only click on interesting character designs + voice (yes i judge books by their cover) but then i watch like minimum 4 streams at once because i only really use them for background noise. it simulates like a whole crowd of cool people talking and helps me draw

I don't watch males.
I don't watch twitch vtubers.
I don't watch nijis (with few exceptions in JP, but even that is rarely)
I don't bother to look for 2views.
I rarely watch small corpo chuubas.
So most of the time I end up watching Holo.

I keep an eye out for events like special streams and cons for new talents now. debuts are too full of nerves unless it's someone I've been waiting to reincarnate.
now that my interest has gone more cross-company, I've been making use of push notifications more, but I really gotta finish building out my chuuba tracker

99% of the time I watch my oshi and the other 1% is like some deviation until she streams again. Tried others and it left me bored most of the time so I see no reason to leave my comfort zone anymore.
