I wouldn't say a lot more, unless you count the 2D option as a whole separate thing.
There is more, but even the base game had a lot from what I can tell, if you properly do post-game stuff. But it's mostly side content or grinding for the super boss.
The main standout thing in my eyes was the super boss actually being more integrated into the story compared to previous games. Makes it feel like you have to beat him to get the proper ending, but I tapped out since it looked like it would be a lot of grinding.

This is what makes it obvious bait, but once the tournament is over, she'll 100% go back to her usual variety of streams. The only koronesuki who might think otherwise would be newer ones that likely haven't been koronesuki for more than a month, maybe two at most, and maybe the types that can't use logic when their emotions run high.
Will there still be SF6? Probably. Months of this? No. The chances she continues to have males on her stream in voice chat after the tournament, even for more SF6 streams, is <1%.
The other points are somewhat valid, so if you left that other bit out, it'd be more believable. I imagine most who actually feel that way just wouldn't watch the streams, or drop her altogether, silently, not make posts about it here.

The high you feel from your oshi winning a tournament is unlike any other, unfortunately the downside is if she loses it can hurt a lot too, but that just depends on how she herself takes it.
