no, it doesn't limit you. It only makes your 1 button special inputs be at 80% damage. Everything else is the same and you can still do full inputs even.

You’re limited on how you use your normals but specials are SSBU style one button plus direction inputs. This can be extremely powerful to beginners and even intermediate players that aren’t perfect on execution.
Advanced players don’t mind as much since inputs are second nature to them.

The best voice actors are those that don't do the "anime archetype" voice tropes or monotone "High Western Fantasy" delivered lines.
