It is. They can do it on the backend in multiple ways (account id, ip address, payment method). COVER software is shit though so yes, someone would likely be able to bypass it and if you're dedicated you could still do it (different account, different IP address, different payment method) but you'd have to be able to do it quickly enough before they sell out

I assume the decision to not do limited merch was probably less of her being against FOMO practices but more so because she literally didn't have the chance to do all the signing between having to dip out of the Japan trip with the other girls at the last minute with her cat suddenly passing away and the long-awaited jaw surgery looming right before her. Plus her doctors dicked around with her so her surgery ended up getting pushed back a whole week anyways after her surgery got pushed to right before HoloFes anyways and at that point, and with the way waiting lists are for elective surgeries, you either take the date you get or risk getting kicked to the back of the line.

I don't like the season system either in these games, and I also don't like battlepasses. I agree with IRyS! *Remembers that she bought deluxe edition and premium currency without even looking at what it was for, and one of her favorite aspects of Korean mmos was pay 2 win monetization*
