It's just bit and pieces, a few of them even excusable or acceptable but it's clear when you look at the past 7 months that they start to pile up.
Probably a company strategy. They think they top-out the "no males" demographic, they're trying to change for a more mainstream appeal little by little to not lose the gachis that pay the bills.

When HoloJP was small in the vtuber niche they collabed with bigger vtubers to grow.
Now that HoloJP is closer to the Japanese mainstream they collab with bigger celebs.
Neither business move resulted in significant backlash among the Japanese fans. They know how the industry works.
