That's not what a non-compete is. That's an exit agreement, which is probably what Coco had, and Rushia almost certainly did not seeing as she quickly joined another company.

In reality the twitch exclusivity agree is almost certainly part of her Vshojo contract. Vshojo is a twitch organization and the talents streaming on youtube doesn't really benefit them at all. You get a big buff when you debut, then you need to do something special to retain those viewers. That's true everywhere except Hololive where you get views no matter what you do.

Henya went straight into a recently released buff game and streamed consistently for long hours that are good for both JP and Americans so a significant amount of people stuck around. And then she maintained that consistency.

Kson didn't do anything special after debut and just went back to her norm of treating Twitch as her side gig where she streams weird games whenever she feels like it and eventually returned to her regular audience numbers as one would expect.

Nazuna debuted and had a strong start with some variety but her schedule was always sporadic and her start time and hours varied, and were basically never good for anyone outside of Japan and SEA. And then her schedule got more sporadic with long breaks in between most streams and that variety of games turned into basically just Pokemon or Apex. And then she has ignored every single big buff game release.

Nazuna's situation is a weird mix of self sabotage, her poor health making consistency difficult and a huge amount of confusion over what her fans wanted.
