eh, slow releases and having to wait on stuff is definetly also an issue for many other Holos, and the cherrypicked examples of the contrary are just the rare exceptions that prove the rule.
What is, however, Kiara-specific is that she's one of the few talents who'll speak more openly about those background business stuffs like delays etc, so that's why there's the perception that it happens more to her. While it probably happens to everyone, but the rest just don't talk about it as much and just release stuff when it's eventually done and you'd never realize how much delayed it was in the first place.

I have no confidence in her finishing these missions especially without CHEATS. If you die or get busted, you lose all your weapons and some missions require prep work like building muscle or increasing your breath capacity etc.. The flight mechanics are even more difficult in this game.
This is going to be hell for her.

If you take off the nostalgia goggles, the GTA 3D trilogy has aged pretty poorly and doesn't hold up so well.
