I'll say this time and time again: she needs to play Mass Effect. It's a great gateway into Sci fi for casuals, mamatori approves, and we all now she going to be chasing blue alien pussy for the rest of her life after playing it.

if I'm being generous for a moment and not just assume she's simply prone to having a bitchy streak in general, it can also be partly a result of the following:

She wants to tell stories to entertain us, but during most days (when she isn't travelling for example and actually experiences interesting new stuff) the stuff that happens to her in her day-to-day real life is just fairly mundane and boring. So otherwise normal things like "having a shitty run-in with a random service worker" are actually the memorable "highlights" of the day that she has to go to when thinking of what stories she can tell her audience, because there wasn't anything more interesting that happened to her over the last few days.
Of course, she could also just simply NOT tell those stories at all if she's concerned that it makes her sound like a Karen, but given how weak she is to dealing with pressure from workers and folds easily and lets them walk over her, she also uses these story retellings as "venting sessions" to let out all the anger she felt in that instance but was too scared to articulate, so she does it in her streams afterwards.

I think it's pretty cool Kiara is going to (probably, the twitterFP who created the video could always say "fuck off") do a song cover primarily because a fan was able to put that video together.

Personally was not a fan of TakaMori so the Clara stuff kinda overshadowed the earlier ones compared to the later ones for me.

Adding to this discussion, I forgot how emotional I got during her first Anni stream, specifically the 12 hour after stream when you could hear her choke up while watching the compilation video someone made. It was specifically the part where she was talking about how she felt about the start of her career in Hololive, you could hear a quiet teary sniffle. If there's anything that 100% cemented that Kiara really did put herself into her character and pushed through her hardships at the start, it was that moment and it broke me.
