They literally stream on polar opposite times, with a guaranteed 300ms ping just in one direction. They can't play anything remotely competitive together and they are fucked for cooperative puzzles. The only thing they can do is zatsu content realistically, and EN is allergic to those, so there's that. It's better to wait for a lucky overlap with trips to Japan than for a regular collab and count your blessings when they interact.
