In terms of vtubers, I don’t think there’s much you can do to save them. Lazulight and Obsydia probably renewed their contracts by now, so it’s fair to assume either they’re willing to put up with everything or they’re perfectly happy where they are. Plus some old heads in JP are doing good so it’s fair to assume they’ll be fine while any newbies that join learn the hard way that Anycolor isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.
The only good thing that can be done for the company is if Anycolor hires in competent managers who aren’t swayed by office politics and can reign in talents before they get too menhera. Or if they do a full on clean sweep of the company, getting rid of bad actors that cause nothing but trouble.
