Same thing as in the current workforce. Why should companies bother with raising a new pilot just for her to hop off in a year (default contract lock time)? It's better to hire people with work experience.

It's only going to get worse. Top companies will always poach or hire existing talents, since there's too much money on the line (like idols spending 200k for the new gen launch)
