Nah if you read OP you'd know I first think that her admiration for tomboy duck was only professional, the usual oshi shit (oshit) but it seems there are doubts. Noel x Subaru is as fake as it could be. If you haven't caught on this, then probably you don't watch them, it is clear that it is a "management-ordered-pairing".

Point #1: The medley stuff. If this was not management-forced then why would they bother including it? Noel wasn't even aware of it at the beginning.

Point #2: The "admiration" is just plainly awnward. I bet Noel just acts like "how a fan would act if she were her oshi", it feels so fake.

Point #3: Suddenly after she watched Subaru dance on a mediocre concert, she is her oshi... Yeah, sure.. after literal years and tens of collabs...

The concert Subaru became Noel oshi was because Noel saw first hand how hard she was working for it all the sweat and frustrations. NoelxFlare stopped saying thing on stream because people were taking it too far, like anytime they would collab with someone people would spam stuff like are you cheating on her. The same stuff we saw put a strain on Calli and Kiara friendship.
Flare also has insecurities with being called and placed as the boyfriend in the relationship where they both rather just be the wife.
It was better for them to cool it down. They still have dates together you just aren’t likely to hear about it unless someone else mentions it or the rare occasion that they pre announce they are having a dinner date together.
