This schedule could only work if she forced henya to raid her since she finishes around that hours.
Hours earlier would have to depend even more on vshojo members + friends charity raids. Hours later she can't depend on raids anymore but it's clearly the hours when she could make an habit with japanese viewers returning home.
Only other possible solution would be of course to make like henya (or basically most twitch streams) and put 6-8 hours per streaming day. Lower viewership peak but you're basically shifting from overseas viewers to japanese viewers over the day so you're serving all of them. I understand she doesn't have the stamina for it, just a possibility.
The thing is that that there is very little discoverability in twitch. It's not like in youtube that you may see the archive to some stream while you're scrolling through the homepage. In twitch you only get boosted by their algorithm while you're streaming.
That's why everybody puts so many hours into it.

One possibility is in the agreement. She might have given up the ability to reupload to Youtube in return for VODs not expiring which allows them to keep their chat in tact. She also uses highlights, but rarely and it seems only when she wants to cut stuff out of the VOD. Can only really speculate on that, as there's not really anything else to go by. She actually goes back and makes custom previews (ie thumbnails) for some VODs so it's not really about the extra work. But VOD discoverability is basically zero. Twitch barely even attempts to monetize them.
