I think that at the very least (there are almost certainly more issues mixed in) she hates the responsibilities of having a fandom. It's not like she ever really communicated well anyway. Maybe it's simply laziness, maybe it's some weird principled "you don't deserve to know" stance, it really doesn't matter.
But once she saw the volcano go off in the fandom when it was combined with her random absences, she decided to essentially show people that she's never going to accept those responsibilities. The current ghosting is intentional (at this point pretty much undeniably so) and it's to show that "Gura who communicates" is not an option for her and never will be.

I only made this connection literally just now but it reminds me of the fired niji who made a drawn story video where the self-insert is a singer and the fans start bitching about how she never give autographs or fan meetings and shit, and start speculating stuff like "does she think she's to good for us?" and the self-insert is like "i just wanna sing..." A childish mindset imo but maybe Gura is like that too.
