I can't speak for the storage part since I had relative privacy as far as my bedroom went, but at the time I just kept it simple. Fap before a shower, smuggle it into the bathroom for said shower, clean it in the process, smuggle it back to my room and dry it. Paper towels are all you need for drying. Yeah, the real question isn't if things exist it's whether they'd be noticeable. Gura is a private person so I've never gone digging on anything, but I can say from my own personal experience I have found myself on accident in multiple posts online or on tv when I wasn't even looking. There's brand new solar power generators that were installed this year on a piece of land near his house, it could be something his family or relatives (or others) made for their business (farm and bakery nearby) but could also be a project funded with Gura's income.
