The KR branch is rather new (they debuted in January of 2020) and most concentrates their on a platform that's not even the third-choice for streaming in Korea, so their numbers aren't going to be the biggest.

Then there's the fact that they had an incident with all the people they absorbed from merging with another Korean group that was involved in some initial drama that led to 3 immediate retirements.

They're still far from a failure though, their numbers are bigger than NijiIN ever did and are on part with most of NijiID - including a few outliers like Yuya and Bora being analogous to Zea and Hana in size.

Anyway, Yuya had been building momentum since the end of 2020 with the Apex Relay collabs, singing relays and collabs with Chihiro, which made a lot of the JP fanbase realize she speaks Japanese and check her- same with Bora - and then people gave her a boost to break the 100k when she announced she was graduating.
