I think out of everything, this was the thing that put me off Mori. (Well, that and her anime dub voice.)
It reflects poorly on her character and told me everything I needed to know about what she really cares about.
It's not as simple as saying, "You don't have to purchase it, its optional", when it gates content from fans who might otherwise not want to miss a minute of their oshi.
And when you have other members who offer everything under 1 tier, so that fans don't miss out.... there's no excuse but "I just want to wring as much money out of these lonely losers as possible."

I feel there is a lot of IRL bullshit happening that eats up a lot of her time, also I think she didn't quite knew how to deal with such a big audience, that she tried to make everyone happy, which is impossible. Also as much as she tries to shrug it up, the amount of hate does gets her. She went from 0 to 1000 stream and YouTube wise and is figuring shit out. I personally like her personality and a lot of her songs, I liked the ones before her debut the most tho. That is another thing I think she is having trouble with, getting cucked by YouTube and having to adjust her music to a more "broad audience".
