They brought a lot of brand new technology iirc they have like 200 mocap cameras and it's very hard to integrate all of it into one system that works perfectly which can lead to audio hiccups like chloes live and other technical problems they would be facing behind the scenes.
Since it's new tech all the staff will need to relearn it and they will have to record multiple practical lives to get all the settings right

As someone who works in big IT you would think that was the case but I can say differently doesn't happen that way all the time. I don't know how many times I've been left trying to Google my way out of a defect for some product that a single device costs almost 1 million dollars while the manufacturer's support throws up their hands saying "idk we've never this before".
