Gonna be real, from the cinematics and the playtesting it looks like it could be actually good. I think the problem is that Blizzard has lost so much goodwill. When Diablo 3 came out, people were willing to buy it despite their misgivings. Diablo 4, despite looking more promising, doesn't have that; now people assume it's bad and have to be convinced.
