In this instance, using someone's persona without their permission means their reputation, in the eyes of the audience, is now in the hands of someone they clearly don't get along with. Anything but harmless. It shows a complete lack of respect for other people. Not just as streamers, but as individuals with their own priorities. If the wronged party makes a complaint, then they were harmed. Because theirs is the only opinion that matters on the subject.

Using someone's image without their permission is bad faith. Period. There is no way to spin this that doesn't look, at minimum, extremely selfish. Lumi didn't care about making sure they were okay with the joke. That alone makes her in the wrong. Even if the other girls were genuinely awful people it wouldn't excuse her actions. Trade secrets lose their protection once the company gives them out, so its not a crime.
The talents can claim ip infringement assuming they do own those ips. The company owning them went under, and despite what people think you dont get to keep what was in the company, instead it reverts to the share holders, in this case the founders. They may be using those models, but i seriously doubt they have any legal claims to them, and would have go through a lot of legal hoops to gain ownership of it.
If Lumi hacked their PCs and stole those models, then it would be a crime, but she was given them by the talents as part of her work in the company, so she clear.

the actual stream is still 99% improvised and this applies to all streamers, it takes lots of practice to get good about rambling about a particular topic without much sidetracking
