Some of it is pre-recorded some is live it provides better quality anyways since any of them aren't professionals that can pull off perfect performance.
And you can't watch it on YouTube they will probably provide 30min free but it's a different experience to be there in person, the concert will probably go for about 2-3hrs definitely a lot more then others.

Anime Expo is taking place in LA from July 1-4. A lot of these vtubers and a lot of their fans will be in town anyway, and the Nijisanji event is literally being advertised as part of Anime Expo.

Kawaii didn't know about the Holo concert, but they knew about Anime Expo, and that it would be the easiest time to get vtuber fans who lived over a wide geographic area to come to their concert.

It's the same reason Hololive chose to hold their concert in LA between July 1-4.

These 3 events aren't just happening at about the same time, they're in the same city. The Kawaii concert location is a 36 minute from the Holo concert location. And the Nijisanji Anime Expo event is about that distance from the Holo concert and a 22 minute drive from the Kawaii concert.
