That's kind of my point though. I've listened to a bit of them, and while they do sound fairly close, the same could be said about the others I mentioned. And while Polka's voice is unique, there's 127 million people in Japan; The fact that one sounds similar enough to push a rrat about Miko's voice of all people goes to show that it shouldn't be a shock that there are people with voices similar to Polka's Plus, a quick search shows no information about that person outside of listings of their work; no names, socials, connections, nothing. Just seems weird to jump straight to taking it as 100% fact with absolutely nothing else to go on but sounding similar, doubly so for someone with VA skills, as one would expect they would heavily alter their voice when doing work they wouldn't want directly associated to them.

Polka was my least favorite when the gen debuted because I thought she was over designed and I dislike clowns. But her voice, entertainment value carried her hard for me and now I think her design is very fun to get lost in and explore the details

You know I like collecting asmrs of all the jp girls. They all have different niches and quirks. Some feel prerecorded or just do random trigger sounds. Sometimes you get a lovey-dovey one like okayu.
