It's pretty obvious she reached her limit with chat's neediness and selfishness. She is just so done with how unsupportive and lacking in understanding her audience is, and would prefer not to interact with them any more than she has to.

Understand that Gura is an empath. If a streamer she liked had displayed the signs she had, she'd have known how to be supportive and not push things. She would not have reacted how her own audience did. She interprets her audience as being quite callous for not exhibiting her above-average social awareness, and wants nothing to do with them.

The most optimistic thing I could say is maybe there's a hope that Gura is engaged in a strategy of being cold in order to cleanse her fanbase of the rabid and demanding chumbies who keep chastising her for not doing what they want.
