Hard disagree, the debacle surrounding Kronii left some pretty lasting damage and started pushing the situation from quiet acceptance to open hostility. It invited a shitload of tourists who just wanted to push a moral agenda and then fuck off because they didn't actually care about watching Hololive, so all that did was chase off the more casual audience while feeding the "idol culture is toxic" narrative that said "audience" has been trying to push for years. Tempus 2 was, at worst, the straw that broke the camel's back, where it became nearly impossible to deny that the "eat your homo veggies" hard push was coming at the expense of EN3 and/or the existing girls.

There's possibly a parallel universe where Yagoo gets his integrated homo branch, but they went about it in one of the worst possible ways, both gouging a chunk out of the girls for no gain, while also turning the Tempus brand into radioactive lepers that should not be named - not out of fear of unicorns, but rather out of fear that the moral crusade gets another whiff and drags everyone into their bullshit all over again.
