A week or two ago I said in this general that I was working on a Gura audio drama animatic with AI art and voices. At risk of doxxing myself, here is the opening scene to that, called "Shark in the Screen."

More scenes are planned and I hope to make this a series with multiple episodes, posting on Youtube. The opening has lots of images and editing. I anticipate that future scenes will be less images and more dialogue.

Summary: Hololive vtuber Gawr Gura is on a business trip to Japan to prepare for her company's biggest 3D concert of the year. During her stay, she finds herself unwittingly thrust into the unfeeling and even cutthroat world of corporate vtubing. Gura must navigate the delicate relationships and competing interests of her managers, genmates, family, and personal inner demon, but as the barrier between her virtual avatar and her true self slowly falls apart, she begins to question the very nature of her own identity.

You need to edit more, both in the literal tone of voice since the voice seems like it's lacking in the right inflections and in the literal words since the fact that you're having gura narrate kind of means you need the script to sound like something gura would actually 'speak'.
Outside of that, the AI art you're using for this is actually carrying the entire thing. Whatever prompt wrangling you're doing to get these images is actually working at telling the story.

Thanks for the feedback. The voice model Im using is for singing not talking so I'm in the search of a more suitable model that's free, because elevenlabs isn't. Writing in Gura's words will be challenging, as for the other holos coming up, because it requires lots of time watching them speak and really knowing their word choice and speaking habits. I would say this is a Gura inspired character and not Gura herself, but I can try to do better to make them sound like their real life selves. Airplane windows have a cover to block out light. That's what it means when an airplane window is open or closed, it is implied to be the plastic cover that you can move up and down as the glass cannot be moved. I thought that was clear, but maybe I could've said window covers instead of just windows.

The art is actually pretty solid. I would echo what the other anon already said, that the tone and inflections need work to fit Gura a little more. Also yes the part of the airplane windows fucked me up a little. You could maybe pass it off that gura is so dumb sometimes that she THOUGHT one of the windows was open, but it was just something like someone breathing heavily in the seat behind her. The premise is alright, you obviously got some passion for the shark and her supposed plight. I will have a hearty chuckle if she goes into another breakdown if someone casually asks when her next stream is.

In theory the 'low tech' solution for the voice model would be to get someone to physically read out the script with the right inflections then use the same kind of voice cloning people do for the ai covers in order to get gura to read out the lines right, but I'm not actually that sure on how you'd accomplish this on the technical side.
Though I did notice that the guy who made the Holo voice models commented on your video so you could probably see if you can dm them for help.
