What that figure means is that a significant portion of each chubas viewers didn't turn out for this. They did turn out for the uno collab though. Whether it's ttrpg debuff or the gimmick getting stale now these collabs are becoming common and thus no longer 'events' where above average viewership attends the stream is yet to be known, but either way this is hardly 'pretty good'. At the rate they're shedding viewers their next group collab will be sub 8k viewers.

Yes except a lot of hololive fans watch every POV, and this is by far the most popular EN streamer in the collab, so 90 percent of people would be tuned into her her POV even if they are watching another POV on the side. The others may have had 1-2k during it but that was from people switching POV’s and having multiple streams open. This collab basically killed male collabs on amelia’s channel, she did only one after this and it was as a favor to mori, so this was probably her last one cause the numbers sucked and she realized that no one cared about homocollabs

This. You either need to play a game that's very tightly designed narratively, make a script beforehand or have damn good improvisation.

Funnily enough, Gura's solo intro video is a brilliant example of doing the last one right. Great character concept, Mori was really on the ball with feeding it and both of them had confidence to be witty and fast.

Then you look at the rest of the solos or Mythbreakers and it's just slow trash because Mori is a low skill Storyteller and the other girls are shit at roleplaying. Mori can thrive if she has a very tight amount of people to play with who are good roleplayers, and honestly, the Gun collab was pretty competent. I'm not a fan of the Homos personally but they actually knew how to contribute in a group setting.

I don't really like Mori, but even I can admit that she's the best candidate for DMing a TTRPG in HoloEN. Her usual antics are shut down because she has to focus on keeping the game rolling, and she has the confidence to lead the players. (Not that she's great at it, but any other girl who knows or are interested in TTRPGs would refuse to take charge.)
Ideally you'd have someone like Fauna to DM, but she wouldn't be comfortable taking the lead, and would get burned out fast.

A great group would be: Mori as DM, Fauna, Gura and Kronii as players. (Kronii is funny in groups, but she needs tardwrangling. And Gura and Fauna have good initiative and would play along with Mori.)
The thing about TTRPGs is that it gets very tiring for the DM if the players are uncooperative. That's why smaller groups tend to be better on average, because the number one priority is avoiding disruptive players. (KFP won't want to hear this, but Kiara is a good example of this. Not that she's intentionally trying to sabotage anything, but she very high-maintenance for a DM.)
