I agree. Coco would be long gone if no one supported her. And the amount of trouble from the whole fiasco resulted from axing a whole branch. If that doesn't mean loyalty to you then I don't know what is. Majority of the company maybe loyal to her because of the amount of money she's raking in but the important part is that they sided with her in the end. The amount of guilt that Coco might have felt to prove that she's worth must have been immense. So whatever failings the company did or is doing to her might not really look that glaring to her. Matsuri, who was famous for her loli talk and crass jokes, keeps it largely PG-13 these days. Kiara and Mori are plagued with antis and the optimism that once surrounding HoloEN is constantly tested. Their growth is stunted thanks to no more Corona boost, and other groups such as Vshojo have been able to establish an audience, making it so that Hololive no longer is the sole vtuber group people in the west watch. The "one big happy family" image Hololive attempted to cultivate has been hurt beyond repair and anyone with two braincells can notice, Redditors of course not included. There's a pretty well known phenomenon that colleges in Japan are a joke because people work so hard from middle and high school to get there and just burn out once they get in while at the same time the colleges don't want to fail anyone as it would destroy their future.
There's plenty of vtubers including ones in Nijisanji that are in university and don't have any trouble streaming. Kana Sukoya was in med school and streaming a ton until very recently when her studies are getting near the end. Mashiro is also in university and talks about it sometimes.
