It has like 4 good members IMO, the rest are very low energy and boring. Bae, IRyS, Fauna and Mumei have kept me around though I'm only able to catch IRyS and Bae most of the time. Everyone else is varying degrees of inactive or just phoning it in by now. I envy people that know Japanese because the JP Holos seem to be doing better than ever and they always got something going on.

the issue for holoEN right now is that the main fanbase has left for other sectors, and most EN talents aren't exactly that great. Mumei, Fauna (on break), and Baelz at least are good energy streamers, but Myth has been so meh over the past year.
