Callie is a bad example for your argument. She sometimes does creative streams that could only work as a vtuber, like her Father's Day tulpa building stream or the little skits she puts on before her normal streams. It would be hard for a fleshie to do a skit about waking you up from a coma and sneaking you out of the hospital, which she did for a stream earlier this week.
